A complete and utter disaster! I sent an order for some Kreg screws, which was accepted and paid for by credit card. Then nothing. I tried phoning. One number went to voice mail and I was never called back. The other 0845 number was no longer in use. I sent several e-mails. No response.Finally I contacted my credit card company and they are reclaiming my money.From other forums it seems that this company is going under. I would if I could give zero stars but have to give one. Avoid!!
Goods not arrived, company not replying to emails, no answer to the phone number on their website. Really unhappy. If you don't want to be ripped off stay away!
