Everyone at SDP is incredibly professional. I am currently undergoing invisilign treatment and I cannot fault their service. They are always easily contactable whenever I have any queries - even going as far to have the phones directed to mobile when the practice is closed. The practice itself is spotless and comfortable. All of the staff really do make you feel at home especially if you are feeling slightly nervous. Dr Jan is so professional and explains every step of treatment in great detail to really get you to understand what will happen next. Kelly is also an asset to the team and is very friendly and always helps you out in every way possible to ensure you receive which treatment is right for you (she is also the master of taking impressions!) they are so accommodating with changing appointment times and always deliver what they promise! they are certainly one of the top dentists that I have been to. Thank you all so much for everything!!!
Being bit of a nervous patient i found it to be such a friendly welcoming practice, the team are always willing to do that bit extra to put me at ease, explaining and answering any questions I had regarding my treatment. Feels more like visiting a friend than a dentist!
Fully recommend this Dental Practice. Jan is very professional, helpful and friendly. I'm very pleased with the end result following 6 months of Invisalign and two replacement fillings. Victoria has done an amazing job with the composite fillings. The dental nurses couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. I travel a fair distance to this dentist and there's a good reason for it.
