Truly the worst customer service ever ! Left our 1 year old Motorhome Truma boiler not working showing a fault code. When I called, I was told that it was a truma fault and nothing to do with them. When I asked them to at least come and have a look at it, they said no your wife signed for it.Told then that Truma boilers are rubbish and Swift is as bad ! do your self a favour and use a reputable company
